A “Request for Refund” form must be completed and submitted to the Jarvis SC office.
The registration fee will be fully refunded until the first day of scheduled programming for the specific season and will be subject to a $25 administration fee.
Once uniforms have been distributed and the season has begun there will be no refunds.
Any applications due to player injury will require medical documentation and will be considered by the Club.
Refund cheques will be issued in the month following the start of the season.
Competitive Team Refunds
This policy refers to registration fees paid directly to Jarvis SC in person.
The principle behind our refund policy is to allow a reasonable period of time following registration for parents/players to withdraw, while still safeguarding the long-term financial stability of the Club.
Jarvis SC commits to program expenditures once registration numbers are determined. These expenses are not recoverable to the club if/when a member withdraws.
All refund requests must be made by the person who paid the fee(s). The request may be submitted in writing to the Jarvis SC office or via the Club’s online request form
An administrative fee of $25 will be charged on approved refunds.
The final amount of any refund will be at Jarvis SC’s discretion or in special or extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the Jarvis SC Board.
Jarvis SC shall not be responsible for any monies paid to a team, team coach or team official and Jarvis SC shall not entertain requests for any such refunds.
Jarvis SC shall not be responsible for any monies raised and collected by teams through sponsorship and fundraising efforts and shall not entertain requests for any such refunds.
A paid registration fee shall be fully refunded in the event that Jarvis SC is unable to field a team or provide a suitable program alternative. No administration fee shall be withheld in this case.
A paid registration fee shall be partially refunded (pro-rated) if a player withdraws due to medical reasons (must provide a doctor’s note).
There will be no refund of registration fees once a player has started practicing or playing with a team.
There will be no refund for a registration fee if a player is suspended or expelled from Jarvis SC under the club’s discipline policy or code of conduct rules.
Subsequent to accepting a place in the Rep program through the registration and payment process, there will be no refund at any point thereafter if a player or parent disagrees with the player’s coach, team or placement. If a player is removed from the team by the coach a pro-rated refund will be given at the discretion of the Jarvis SC.
